It's very easy to replace failed product in Best Buy, as long as it is under warranty, i.e. within 12 months. They are pretty good and give you very nice options
If you have a Geek Squad Protection on your printer and it is still active, just bring it in to any nest buy store and they can look it up and you can get a replacement printer in store that day. If you do not want the same item l, you will recieve a store credit for what you paid for the item plus tax. You do not receive credit for what you paid for the geek squad protection, but you do have the option to add a new protection to your new printer!
