My husband and I searched for months for an apt in Orlando while still living in Miami. Kelvin assisted us on a Sunday afternoon. We felt so welcomed, the amenities are amazing and it felt so homey. There was a long waiting list however, We always heard from Kelvin throughout the wait period. He is absolutely amazing. The process of applying and moving in was extremely smooth. Anytime we called or emailed we would get a response within 48 hours. Ashley, so lovely and helpful. The Jamison team host monthly food trucks and events. It’s hard to keep up with remembering them lol My husband and I work in property management therefore, we are critics for property maintenance. The Jamison maintain their grounds looking exceptional. Anything reported is completed in a timely manner. We were always impressed. We are sad to go however, we bought a home. I can keep going on about the Jamison. I would recommend any family to move into the Jamison. The staff, smart units and amenities make coming home an exceptional experience. (We have nothing negative to say about The Jamison, resident for 7 months)
