I joined this community three months after it opened. I've met so many great people but, I'm especially happy that I met a friend that is so special to me. Many of the events are okay and some are fabulous. Brunches, happy hours, and more. My favorite so far was the pool party. That event brought residents out of their apartments for maybe the first time. EVERYONE had a blast and danced spent time in the pool. It was amazing. Can't wait to experience that again!

1100 plus i think,not a true 55+ community. 1 person has to be over 55 .they allow younger also if 1 person meets the age requirement. Gets noisy at times but the repair service is very good,as is the receptionist. Manager is fairly new and seems to care. Good luck
55 and older, that is why we moved there. Our kids are grown and we love the quiet.But later i found out 18 or older approved. It seems more lately that there are alot of smaller kids running around in the hallways and around the pool ,heard some loud arguing in the parking lot the other day. I still really like the place but to many rules are broken on a daily basis! Enforcement needs to improve. Maintenance is excellent any time something is requested it is taken care of very quickly.
