There are quite a few businesses near by n transportation as well. The area is busy n location is good. However as anywhere else you need to be careful because as times are getting harder, crime in the area is also on the rise. There have been a rise in car break ins n other crimes n sadly police have been called to said location over a diversity of issues, such as I said car break ins, domestic, altercations between quests staying here n workers n thier family that also stay in hotel, unwanted vagrants and overdoses n such.

when i stayed it was 1200 a month or 400 a week. but living on the first floor is very noisey due to the upstairs neighbor

Its cheaper then 2045.00 month its like 1100.00 for two people with internet, cable. Etc.
