Nice clean office and was greeted very friendly. Did not leave have to wait long to be taken back for my test. The technician was friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Everything went smooth and was done before you knew it. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I love Sugar Mill Diagnostic, have gone there for several years. I’ve gone to some that are closer to me and regretted it. It is so clean, usually very minimal waiting, and everyone of the staff are awesome.

They make appointments, but they also take walk-ins, depending on what specific type of service you're needing. If it's an imaging there's only 1 technician qualified to perform, they may need to schedule it ahead of time for staffing purposes. You can call to find out if they can meet your imaging needs without an appointment, as well as ask if they're super busy and how long the wait might be if you came in right then.
Check with your insurance company- usually no- but your coverage may be require it.

Yes from 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday or later if scheduled. Like Cynthia said we usually do walk-ins and now our Ultrasound Tech is here every day always until 3 unless scheduled later.
