Last straw on service issues. In past the food has been fine and the service has been ok at best, however as I called to put in an order from them today, I was told that I would not be allowed to put in an order without a specific pickup time because my phone number was on their list as someone who never picked up an order even though I have the charge on my card to match the order. Even if I somehow didn’t pick up my food, the fact that I was treated as if I had personally injured their team by paying for food I “didn’t pick up” the next time I called was extremely disappointing. As they clearly had my phone number to put it on their list and it’s not as if they ever called me to find out why I didn’t show up, I will no longer be ordering from them.

SCAM!! Don’t go here!!!! I only order one order of pho and the lady show me the amount. Then when i check my credit account i was charge double. They over charge me for an extra order. I have to file claim with my credit card company.

Horrible service. We came in today and the tables were dirty. Every table was dirty. We asked for the table to be wiped. The server did not wipe the table. She brought over clean wipes and told us to wipe the table. Then we order 6 bowls of Pho special. Each bowl got half of 1 meatball. We asked for napkins and she brought over 1 napkin and there were 6 of us. Lastly we paid for our bill. We asked for a receipt. She said it sent via email. Which made no sense. I never gave her my email address. I checked my email and there was no receipt. I went back to ask for a receipt and she says she can't print the receipt. It was email. I told her how can it be emailed. I never gave you my email address. Never come here again. This place not only gross and not clean. But absolutely no customer service at all.

My husband & I were spoiled with 2 awesome Pho restaurants in Texas. We moved to Florida in October & have yet to find a great Pho restaurant. This one was the worst. I try not to judge every little thing, however the exterior hasn't been mowed or cared for. That should have been a red flag already. The lady gave us a menu & didn't tell us they only had certain items until we were ready to order. The noodles were wayyyyyy overcooked & the veggies weren't fresh. Fresh veggies, especially bean sprouts have a crunch to them. I usually eat all of my husband's sprouts. Nope... I only took 1 pic because I forgot before we started eating. First & last time here.
