first it cost too much. 2nd they Water down the sauce that comes in the Boiling bag. I hate to say it but juicy crab is better.

Yummy crab sauce however the last time I went my shrimp tasted spoiled and you’re not able to get a refund or anything after you leave.

Wow so even if you get lousy service they still expect a tip! Oh well I tip 20 to 25% their loss. And definitely not that much if service is bad. I'm not talking busy bad that's to be expected.
