Haven't received my mail in 3 days and o informed delivery it says that I have mail. I am constantly going to the main office just to pick up my mail which is ridiculous.

They try, but the staff is lazy, unmotivated, rude, they mumble, and are pretty incompetent.

They never answer their phones, mailman doesn't follow their own instructions (Kevin) even after several direct requests. Lazy.

Service is about as bad as it gets for the post office. Employees routinely use their cell phones while working with customers, lines get really long because they aren’t equipped to handle the volume, and everyone that works there acts like it’s a major inconvenience to be at work and provide service (one which offers excellent benefits)

U r preaching to the choir .
They have become lazy and worthless!...
THEY SUCK
Welcome to our USPS. That is how they treat you no matter who you speak to or when you call/go in. The carriers are some of the laziest ive ever seen. Your mail may or may not get to you, & certainly not on time. And there is nothing anyone will do about it. So save your energy.
What's your address?
600pm monday-friday
Now they want to call me in 24 to 72 hours Mmm don't think so I will be down tomorrow on this issue because to them it's not a big deal but it is for me.
Contact the companies sending the mail. Most of the time it's "junk mail" that can't be returned to sender. So you're just having the mail carrier throw it away for you.
