Terrible service for Latinos who don't speak English. They take you out of the premises, or they send you to sit in your car until they call you. I was waiting almost 2 hours in the heat and left. Very rude.

Had appointment. Location was packed waiting room full. Left so I didn't catch anything. Wasted morning.

Every single time that I have gone to this location I have had to wait 45 minutes to one hour to be seen & attended, even though I have made an appointment. The first time I went, I had a 45 minute lunch break from work and I had to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t get seen in those 45 minutes I was there. I learned my lesson and went on my day off work the next two times but same long wait each time! They need to fix this, why have appointments if you’re not going to attend us on time?
