Disorganized staff who treated my wife and I like poor peasants not worth their time. Major procedures were not explained properly and we were made to feel as if there were no other options. Long story short - we went to another MD in the area and was treated with dignity, afforded a proper exam, and given options. Thank God we didn’t go with this place.

My sister has been working with this office since June. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. . But today was the straw that broke the camels back. My sister is in so much pain she is crying a lot of the time because of how intolerable it is. She has 3 kids under 7 and she is stuck to a wheelchair unable to care for them..while she is dependent on this facilliaty to help her.. Her husband took off of his job as a police officer to take her to her appointment today. They arrive 10 minutes early, with two of the three kids and my sister in her wheel chair, and the front desk proceed to tell them they are thirty minutes late. My sister has a note book where she takes notes from the appointments so she can she them with her family. She reads these notes back to the doctor, including the time of the next visit. The front desk had them wait for 10 minutes for the office to tell them they will have to reschedule the doctor will not see you today. My brother in law ask if they could talk over the phone about her case..they ask the doctor and he says: "I can't do that because if it was a situation of emergency surgery I'd have to have you come into the office and I have a flight to catch" GREAT DOC. how to make a patient feel like a number. WHY WOULD I EVER LET YOU PUT A KNIFE TO MY SISTER WHEN YOU DON'T CARE SHE IS IN SEVERE PAIN IN YOUR OFFICE SLUMPED IN A WHEELCHAIR. "YOU HAVE A FLIGHT TO CATCH" WELL YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR PATIENTS. That appointment was moved and no one called. Speaking from experience as someone who works front desk at a doctors office. This was handled terribly. The office was open for another 2.5 hours. You could have made it work for a 15 minute conversation and you choose not to. Shame on you. I would never recommend going here. They do not put patients first and do not care about patients time.
