I have been on the waiting list for 5 years and haven't heard anything from this place!! I call to ask where I am on the list and no one will tell me ... What do I need to do to get help or at least find out where I am on this list!!??

Me & my kids are now going to be homeless because they e LIES to me for A YEAR!!!! So disgusted that these people do this to families. Absolutely disgusting. When I got off the phone with the woman and asked why I was lied to month after month after telling me and my kids would have a place to live, I was laughed at. One word: KARMA. And I hope I’m there to witness it.

Water yes garbage is included with your light bill there are dumpsters outside to put your trash in

All they do is jerk you around

2017 was $375.00/month rent. 2018 up to $490.00/month. 2019 $591.00/month. Myself & wife have received in those 3 years, a total of 1.8% rise in our Social Security Benefits. How can rent increase to such a high % when income % remains low?

It is 30% of what you make. Not much but better then any where else. Also, they keep it nice and are super helpful.
