I can say many good things about this hotel. The rooms, the food, the location and the people are all top shelf. I don’t think our experience could be improved upon.

In terms of the hotel, simply high level, rooms, atmosphere, parking for hotel guests, close to the Aventura mall, But one big and attention, the breakfast in the hotel is held in the restaurant in the hotel, each guest is allowed to order for only $20. It is not possible to eat at such a price with coffee. Let's not talk about the service attached and tax, and you have a tourist sting at its best, Even though we pre-ordered on the Hotels website bed and breakfast for 5 people, we had to add $80 every morning!! And another $20 for a child's meal. Cheating for its own sake, don't take breakfasts at the hotel. When we complained to the reception manager, we were waved off that it wasn't his fault and we turned to the agency from which we ordered. In short, the hotel is worth the most without the bite of the breakfasts.

We stayed at the Hilton Aventura 9/20/22- 9/27/22. We had a fantastic vacation! The hotel was just beautiful and the room was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast at the Gala restaurant it was a wonderful experience , the food was fantastic. The restaurant staff was exceptional. What really made our vacation was the wonderful staff. We can not say enough about the great people that work at that hotel. The housekeeper we had was a friendly and fantastic. The room was exceptionally maintained. The bellmen and shuttle drivers are your most valued treasures . We can not say enough about the way they treated us everyday . I would like you to thank each one of them for us ! They are the real reason for your great hotel and future success. Thank you and stay safe David and Ellen Brown
