Okay when you go to fast food restaurants there's a certain limit of dissatisfaction we all put up with. Unfortunately this place takes the cake. Upon pulling into the driveway there was trash everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. I waited outside while my wife placed our order. She was gone for approximately 15 minutes with two cars in the parking lot. That I can forgive if the food is right. Well the food was not right. Have to wait that long we were given cold fries, really? I reached into my bag thinking I was grabbing a juicy burger and was met with a chicken patty! Smh.. my wife told me to take it back but I had already made one trip because the food wasn't right, I just took a L on this one. Last but not least the women's bathroom was filthy and I do mean filthy. That is unacceptable. With the amount of people visiting that establishment on a daily basis someone needs to actively monitor the restrooms. I'm very disappointed with Wendy's. Maybe we just visited on a bad day but still we should have known that if the house is nasty on the outside nine times out of 10 the inside will be the same. Visit at your own risk but be aware.

Lunch drive-thru was horrible.. when I ordered a salad and lemonade. I thought it was the combo. She didn't offer. When I asked at the window she appeared confused but she told me the difference. When I got to the window the fries were not included. She appeared confused but I heard the cashier tell her. She was too busy flipping her hair. No hair net no hair tie back no gloves. Unsanitary. Open shoes in the kitchen? Crocs that's not right.

Had to wait minimum of 10 minutes to be served at the counter. Store was freezing. Ladies room without tissue. Staff was hugging, kissing, cutting up, talking about giving friends free food the next time they come in, etc. Really subpar unprofessional behavior. Generally I love Wendy's but not this location. Very disappointed. I will never come back.
