Slow and messed up order.

Pulled up to order. Noone answered to take my order. Said hello 3 times. No answer. Pulled around to the pickup window. Waited 5 minutes for the car ahead to get his order. Called them to see if they were still open. Yes!!! Said they had said just a minute at the order box. Never heard anything. AsKed I'd I could give them the order at the window or over the phone. Wanted me to pull around again behind a long line of cars. I have a problem with that narrow lane. Sorry so long but this was my time and gas. Management should have stepped in to resolve the situation but didn't. Pulled out of line and left..
