The food is good, but the facility is in need of an update. Staffing has improved since COVID, but still need some added staff.

Drive thru only

So I ordered a milkshake thru DoorDash and everytime y’all always say the machines are down so what’s the point in even selling milkshakes if everyday I call for one I get the same answer and i paid 3.99 for it and machine are always down

Hi Kameron, all l can do is shake my head and conclude that customer service is indeed a dying art. If l were the manager of Arby's l would give you a $5 gift card every time our machine was not working and see about getting it fix. Then I'd work with my team in making my store efficient with available food items that are on the menu for sale. Then I'd wait to see the star value of my store go up and appreciate all of my team's hard work. What do you think?
