Update: I see your reply. Wrong answer! The correct answer would have been “You would like to make it up to me” not once did you. $50 absolutely wasted. $45 for the wash $5 tip Had to ask them to clean the streak on front windshield, wheels wasted wiped on side I couldn’t watch, air freshener o paid for disappeared gone before day was out. Such as horrible customer experience

Always fast, but good service! Update... went back yesterday 9/20/22 windows not as clean this go around. Still fast service, inside has always been clean.

I have used Mr car wash many times. But this time the service was not good at all. I paid $40 and I was very disappointed. I could have paid for the cheapest wash and got the same result. This place definitely needs better management.

Right before Christmas I went there, and I left 3 tips, $10 to the box outside and another $10 to the guy polishing up my car. As I drove away I turned right back. The windshield was splotchy and the last guy hadn't cleaned it like he was supposed to. The detail guy spent time going over everything in the front to make it nice and the windshield clear. I'll be more careful to check over my car before accepting it in the future

I'm not sure. I went only for a car wash. Sorry.

The service was trash. I kept pointing out the dirt spots on my tires body and windows but the ladies was so busy laughing and talking they still didn’t correct it. Had to get a manager who is working with 1 good arm(God bless him) to fix it.

Not sure how much full wash is but I do know the VIP Unlimited wash for 20.00 is awesome deal. I see they have base wash 8 bucks #2 is 12 bucks and #1 is 16 bucks and platinum is 20. Hope that helps. I myself have the VIP Unlimited.
