Right before Christmas I went there, and I left 3 tips, $10 to the box outside and another $10 to the guy polishing up my car. As I drove away I turned right back. The windshield was splotchy and the last guy hadn't cleaned it like he was supposed to. The detail guy spent time going over everything in the front to make it nice and the windshield clear. I'll be more careful to check over my car before accepting it in the future
I have had to talk to the finishers about doing a more thorough job and let them redo it, but it has not escalated to management yet. Remember sometimes when people are dissatisfied they can come across as rude and put people on the defensive. Even if not intentionally.
Sorry to hear that. I've never had a reason to speak with management. Try corporate and be detailed with who you spoke with.
To tell you the truth been going there every weekend get my car was never had any problems with the clean inside or out side our oil change there fast what they do the only thing made me mad was being going there every weekend never ask me for the receite until today and the lady didnt give me one and when the lady saw me get something from the car she said it's almost ready so when it was time get my car she ask me for the receite I didnt have it she told me if I dont have it then I cant get my car so I had to go back in the store get the receite smk but all things I still will return love there service and so clean the store
My experience is that they listen and try to satisfy the customer. If you don't bring it to their attention, they won't know. Its fast pace and serving 100s of customers each hour at times.
