Went to this location for a haircut as the other location is further. I entered with my natural thick blow dried hair. The lady took my name and I sat for 30 minutes. Well when the same lady who check me in got me in the chair stated she could not cut my hair because it needed to be flat ironed. WHAT??? After seeing my hair and me telling you when you checked me in that I was only in for a hair cut you let me wait 30 minutes. So unprofessional wasting my time. I have never seen a (GOOD) hairstylist not able to give a hair cut in any state. Maybe the extra long and tacky eyelashes prevented her from being able to see well. I drove the extra miles, walked right into the other location and received the same even professional haircut as before . In addition to receiving compliments on the haircut and how healthy my hair is.

So I had red hair I didn’t like it and the lady with platinum hair she put some color remover in my hair and it wouldn’t fall out Yes it did. Fall out I let her cut my hair for one it was too low I want to be even out. I have two bald spots in my hair that’s to the lady for telling me that would after she put the product in my hair she should’ve stated that I shouldn’t put to much chemical thank you for f up my hair
