About a month ago, another member accidentally dropped the medicine ball on my head while I was working out on the floor. I was in pain and the person who dropped the ball asked the front desk to call 911 but instead of calling 911, she called the manager because she has to get a manager's approval to call 911 unless I request to call. They do not care about the member and they just did not take responsibility. But that incident was inevitable because they have so many machines and there is no space between machines so people have to walk very close. After the incident, I have trauma and I finally made it to Planet and canceled the membership.

Have been in there 5 to 7 days a week since mid March. Love the staff and the large size of the facilities. AC is always nice and the massage chair and aquamassage table are an amazing way to finish a good workout.

Great gym however, I have moved an hour and a half away where there are none of these. Called to cancel my membership and was told current month fees are pending and I must drive 1.5 hours to cancel in person before august 10th or mail them a certified letter requesting cancellation. So essentially they will let you join online but you cannot cancel membership without going out of your way to do so. Disappointed and will not recommend membership to other.

There is always a contract unless they state there is no contract.
Plus tax makes it almost $12 a month, plus their yearly fee once a year.
Yes they accept silver sneakers! They even have the sticker on the door.
Always depends on the time of year, but yes they do have a yearly membership dues do once a year that is automatically deducted.
It's best to ask silver sneakers. I believe they have the information online.

Yes you can access lockers and showers for the $10 membership. The Black Card membership gives you the additional access of massage tables and chairs as well as the tanning booths, and half priced refreshments.
I don't think so, they ask for your routing number so that they can just take the money out of your account each month
They need a routing number and checking account number because there is a contract and also because you can buy items by just scanning your membership card so hence the attached checking account.

21.99 a month for the black card which you defiantly want. There are cheaper memberships but its worth the extra money for the top level membership.
