Update: Now after this review they have the radiologist call me directly to try to backpedal and argue that it’s a national standard to read mammograms remotely. I have no problem with the reading of images remotely, but it takes this negative review to get a doctor to even speak to me? Stay far away from this company. This place is apparently a cash grab and doesn’t even take the time to tell you what is going on. To be clear, the front desk and the techs get 5 stars. They are super nice and put me at ease for my first-time mammogram as a really young patient (I’m 30). The radiologists however are another story. I got a phone call *weeks* after my mammo to tell me I needed a follow up because there was a spot they couldn’t quite see. Ok, I’ll pay a second copay and come back. Then, they do a second mammo and radiologist says I need an ultrasound also because he still can’t quite see. Then, the *tech* comes back and tells me I need to get the spot biopsied because the radiologist still can’t tell what it is. Here sign this consent form and we’ll see you back next Tuesday. That was literally it. I have since done my research, and none of that is recommended by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network for a patient of my age. I should have had an MRI as a follow up test, not an ultrasound. And a breast biopsy is a highly invasive procedure that may not even be needed. Oh and would cost me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I’ll be getting my records and going elsewhere. I am appalled at the protocols at this practice.

I'd give Precision Imaging 10 stars if I could. All 4 locations are very professional, classy, clean, the staff is so friendly & welcoming. The technicians are gentle on you, they communicate with you & make you feel at ease. I highly recommend Precision Imaging Centers - There's a location in St. Augustine, one on Gate Parkway, one in Fleming Island & one on Beach Blvd.

Just had 2 MRI’s completed at this facility on neck and shoulder. From the moment I came in the staff saw to my every concern. Front desk treated me with respect, mri techs walked me thru each step we would be working thru. Saw that I was comfortable answered any questions I would have. I picked this location because I am 6’2 295lbs and needed the large bore MRI machine. I fit perfectly and the test went off with any issues.. big shout out to this team and the Manager Katie. Shows when you have superior leadership and everyone knows their responsibility’s. Clients do reviews Thank you all Eddie
