Terrible customer service from Kelly. She seems to have issues with some dog breeds. Rude, condescending, and short. The only person there that is like this. Your rebuttal is also ridiculous and a lie. Kelly has been rude every time I have been there, and it does seem to be bread specific. After I explained that every time I came in, she was rude, she said maybe I should go somewhere else then. At that time, I said this is F$&ing ridiculous. My dog is professionally trained and has not one but two collars on. Her E-collar and pinch collar. Also, that was a paracord lead. The fact that Kelly didn’t want to give her name out for the review I said I was going to leave speaks volumes about her confidence in her actions. No one was trying to intimidate anyone. I have taken my dog there since she was eight weeks old, and she is now two. I’ve only had issue with this one person, every time. I never made a fuss before, even when you sold me a bag of Victor pro with maggots in it.

Everyone at the store was so friendly from the moment we came in. They greeted us and our dogs. The groomers confirmed what service we requested when grooming our dogs and seemed to truly enjoy their work. Definitely would recommend Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming.

They were all so very kind & welcoming when I came in! I went in for a nail trim + file for my dog, and after he was all done they gave him a treat!! Definitely will be back in for a bath to see how the little boy likes it & will recommend to family & friends! Thank you💞
