We provide Spa Booking for all of our dog. This means that we make an appointment just for him/her. It’s similar to making a hair appointment. We groom start to finish and then they go home as soon as we’re done. We don’t do an assembly line and make dogs wait in crates all day. The majority of dogs are in and out within about 75 min.

My dog is usually done in an hour. I go to lunch at The Loop and I get a text that he's done! They do an excellent job and he's happy! You don't pay extra for express service like some places. I use to pay $25 extra for express at another place in Jacksonville but they dont charge a fee for that. They are quick and reasonably priced.
