Frozen Record
Debit card quits working every few months and doesnt work for many purchases. To even use it you have to call them to allow it for many things, and if you call even 20 minutes before closing they say they are closed and wont answer. There is no way to activate my card because Iam at work until 6 and they cut me off when I get home.

The service here is always good and the employees are friendly BUT the wait time is usually awful. No less than 20 min wait time on a regular basis. If you’re in a rush and need quick service it probably won’t happen.

Jaydan: You cannot make an online deposit with your debit or credit card to your checking account. You do, however, have the option to add an external account and transfer funds to and from Denali and other financial institutions. You were at the bank branch? I have just recently opened my account at Denali Alaskan and have always gotten waited on quickly and efficiently. The Carrs store is always busy, but we seem it get our shopping done and get out, in a timely manner.
