Everything was great until the loan department who they go through contacted me and I was going through and verifying everything with them when I came to find out about what their salesperson told me and their financed person told me were two different things and despite me trying to clarify that nothing had properly been explained their Finance person remain defensive about it and said he had explained everything to me and that "no one leaves my office without me explaining everything and that they understand." When in reality I sat in their office for about 10 to 15 minutes just siging page after page while they barely skimmed everything and was given a flash drive and told everything i need to know was contained on it. I came to an agreement with the salesperson for a firm number on the car yet when my loan went through they increased the amount I was supposed to pay for the car and then when I called about it they became defensive and told me I was wrong and that they had explained everything properly to me when in fact if that was the case I would not have been calling with concerns regarding discrepancies. However now that everything has gone through I'm stuck with it, I fell for it hook line and sinker, I will never refer a soul to this place and will never do business here again. Especially now that they won't do anything except try to bribe me to take this review down expecting a paltry sum to get me to forget the easily 8000 extra I'll be forced to pay

I went there yesterday and yes, they claim that there is a two to three month waiting list. It's amazing how many people are running around there not doing anything, though. Four or five people have in a conversation at any given time. I think the biggest problem is they can't find good help and I really don't think the management cares. We just bought a new truck and have not been impressed with their follow-up on things that needed to be worked on. Can't blame it on Covid.
