I never do this but this time, I am going to. If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely disappointed and a waste of my time. I went there 3 times - and while I was there every time, I waited in between the doctor (who is really nice, I will say that) helping other patients, which I get, they are busy but I sat there for hours. Each time. I was willing to overlook it and i'm not a vindictive person. I was there btw for contacts, had the full exam done and while they gave me two sets to try, I decided to go with a different company to purchase contacts. I then became in contact with someone with covid and could not go back for a 4th time like they requested (to see if I liked the contacts). I then asked if I could get my prescription - which I paid the co-pay and my insurance covered everything else. They had to mail it to me, great. I receive it and it's only for glasses. So I call them, they were rude and I simply asked - I paid, (explained everything above) I simply just want my full prescription. They refused. And the eye care company I decided to go with who is absolutely amazing couldn't get it either. I will never ever go back again. I will add, I have had two eye surgeries, have been going to an eye doctor since I was 4. I have never had this happen ever. I will also clarify this was at the Wasilla location.

The Dr was amazing. The tech who helped me pick my frames was amazing as well. The front desk absolutely SUCKS!!! They have no patience for questions and try to hurry you out the door! I've been calling them since they opened this morning and nobody answers the phone!
