Pros: -cheap -maintenance does show up -ucf shuttle Cons: -sometimes the leasing office/maintenance show up with no prior notice for an inspection multiple times a week. -terrible amenities, gym has 4 four machines and half of them are treadmills, the pools just look gross. -outdated rooms & bathrooms, it looks so gross. -too many issues. Definitely not leasing here again.

Cheapest place you can find, but infested with bugs, many appliance issues, filthy, carpet is disgusting, nothing was cleaned when I moved in, my room had a roof leak and caused mold to grow, rooms are too small for me personally. When I had mold growing, it ruined some of my belongings and had me sick for weeks.

Campus crossings has been good to me. Don’t listen to complaints here as some of them are a bit outlandish. I have been living here for a little over a year and absolutely love it. Maintenance is on top of things and the leasing office is always quick to answer your questions. I have never had any issues and this complex is the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to roommates :) the manager even let me install my own ring camera for our door for extra protection.

There is either parking in front of the office that says "future resident parking" or there are parking spots near the buildings that say "visitor" on the asphalt
