My daughter just moved in, in August and I am aware it's only about a month, however I like to give reviews, so as of now 9/7/22 they have 5 stars from me. The Apartment was clean, (but we scrubbed it anyway) her individual room was clean, and had nice new carpet. There are a few dings and stuff around, however you can tell that the complex has tried to fix them, and where they are (in the shower and closet) isn't causing any problems, and we documented them on the move in form. however it is the Maintenance crew I want to wright about. I think they are SPECTACULAR, her first day the lock on the front door wasn't working right, we put in a request and within 30 minutes they were there to fix it. just yesterday she put in about needing a new a/c filter and the faucet in the kitchen was gross and leaking, and they came out and were nice as can be, and replaced the faucet and the a/c filter.I hope that this year continues to be a positive experience for my daughter, her friends, and the community. as of right now I HIGHLY recommend this complex

Lived here for two years and the first year was great. The second year the office was horrible the one of the roommates I had was horrible. My car was always getting scratches. Rent for each roommate is based on when you sign your least so me and my roommate had over $100 difference in rent even though I resigned my lease and she was new my rent was more. They really do tow cars.

The management of this property is terrible. They are not helpful and invade your privacy. On multiple occasions they would enter the apartment without warning. The majority of the people living here are college students and they take advantage of the fact that they don't have much experience with proper customer service in the setting of an apartment. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Let me save you the trouble don’t move here. If you leave a single thing on your patio you will be robbed may as well bolt your chairs down and chain up anything else this is not a safe place to live . There is a major roach problem as well it doesn’t matter how much you clean because they come out of the electrical vents. We told maintenance that the air vents had mold in them and all they did was spray bottles bleach onto the ceiling and leave. In the 2 years we have lived here our air filter has been changed a total of 2 times when it is supposed to be changed monthly. In my two years of living here my car has been hit me in the parking lot 5 times and in September of 2020 when I called the office I was told cameras were being replaced and installed in the parking lot by Damien at the office and it is now December 2021 and there are still no cameras. This apartment complex is an overpriced dump and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
