This place is Absolutely terribly and as for management the property manager is not only hard to reach even in office but tends to be utterly rude. I'm not know how Candace is manager, for she acts as if she's a queen and hates her job. This place only looks good on the outside once u sign that lease everything starts falling and true colors transpires.

I wish I could post a 0. I had a friend visiting me for literally one hour and when we came back out her car was gone. They towed it out of the guest parking areas and when we called they hung up on us. They are making us pay $130 for their miscommunication because the lease, which they disregard by the way, says the designated parking is on one floor and the tow company is informed differently. I am utterly dissappointed and not to mention it is uncleanly. Not to mention that the manager in the leasing office yelled at me for "interrupting her meeting" this is disgusting honestly.

If I could've left half of a star I would've. Someone in the office called the police officers on me and my boyfriend ,while he was helping me move my stuff out. My parking sticker was on my window, but nonetheless, the authorities were notified, about a suspicious African-American man trespassing in the parking garage. That type of behavior is completely unacceptable. If you are an African-American stay far away from HUB Orlando!!

Hub is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is a mess and very hard to get a hold of. Yes, when you first tour and see everything it looks nice and the amenities are nice however, are usually always broken or closed. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone DURING OFFICE HOURS. I had an emergency and had to go all the way to the office to get a hold of them because they did not answer any of my TEN calls. They completely disregard emails every time I emailed about something I never received a response. There is only about 20 guest parking spots for Hub yet there are 3 buildings full or residents. Car crashes were always occurring in the garage because there are no regulations and everybody decides to speed down the garage. The wifi was out for around a month and DURING FINALS WEEK and hub did nothing to fix it in a quick way they let it be like that for a month. The gate to leave the apartment complex was consistently broken so it was a hassle to leave the apartment complex(very inconvenient if you are on exact time to work/school). They charged unreasonable and incorrect fees after moving out and since they are impossible to get a hold of, there is no way to get rid of the fees unless you go in person (what if you dont live in orlando?). I do not recommend anyone to live here, don't let the pretty property convince you because it is not worth it at all. The apartment is very overpriced for what it actually is and they would make up random (expensive) fees to pay throughout the lease. Overall, Hub Orlando is a complete mess and do not care about their residents whatsoever.
