Great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting Yosemite. The cabins are cool and the set up has a community vibe. I love the restaurant there. The food is great and the menus often change depending on what they have. And the vegan options don't disappoint! The lower deck of the restaurant has a beautiful view of the mountains and forest. We once saw a family of deer there at dusk. Make sure you check out the hot tub too!

This place felt like a total gem, especially as so many places closer to the Park are so expensive and lack privacy. I used the Female dorms/hostel space and it was perfect and an amazing deal. The best part of this place is all the outdoor space, seating areas, and the spa. Really great extra touches that are nice after such a long day of hiking!

It's not a bad place. The extremely out of place British themed room that came with a suggestive crop, saddle and two riding caps was hilarious. Otherwise, the rooms were pretty bland and hard to hike up to. Cafe has good food and we loved the hot soaks and hot tub.

This place fosters a sense of rustic, National Park-era, dark-brown-and-beige feel, as if it upscaled a Youth Hostel, without chores. Meanwhile they provide good value "cabin" rooms, especially out of season, and good, rustic food with a reasonable price tag in very generous portions, ideal for hungry hikers. Good value, reasonably friendly. They rent out chains in winter, when the N.P. mandates them. Save $$$ by renting them here or at the Stage Stop in Mariposa over buying them at the park entrance for incredibly inflated prices. It's still a good ways from here to Yosemite N. Park, but probably the best deal you'll find. Suitable for families, too.
