The room we got was nice. It was clean and had good space for me to set up my computer. The view of Reno was beautiful, although we had to pay an extra $20 per night for the view. The service was decent. Their phone system made it hard at times to get anyone, and it took a couple of calls on a few things to get them taken care of. A couple of things to be aware of: 1) there was a $200 resort fee we didn't know about when we booked through a third party service, 2) there is no microwave in the room or in the resort. The best part is that it is connected to Circus Circus and you can walk to the game area in 5 minutes!

I gave a score of 3 on rooms but know this hotel is under a HUGE renovation! Some parts are done but the old wings are really in need of some care. Our friends stayed in the new rooms which are fabulous! The photos depict the new rooms. The staff in the on site Cafe were very sweet and hard working. Parking sucks right now too, but that should all change once the renovation is complete. I would/will stay here againπ

Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet!! Was my first time here and enjoyed my stay. The employees at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Due to the amount to restaurant options the front desk employees provided their recommendations. My room had an amazing view of the mountains!! Great experience!!

We stayed for 6 nights in the Sliver Legacy. We were originally quoted a much lower price than we got, they did not honor the booking discount we were given. We got into town with 2 kids in the car, and requested an early check in for the first day. It wasn't until we checked out that we realized that they had charged us that early check in fee for EVERY day we were there, when it was clearly stated it was for only one day. My wife checked out and didn't catch the mistake. I've since called, and was redirected to the billing department. Conveniently for them, they did not answer during business hours. They have yet return my voice message. During our stay, we kept the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door every day and did the cleaning ourselves, as we were not in the room midday. On one of the days the housekeeping had come in despite the sign on the door, and the sign itself was just laying on the floor of our room. If they had come in to clean why didn't they pick that up? I wont be staying here again.

Print the barcodes for each of your tickets or call the box office and they can simply verify your identity when you arrive. Your 'Preferred 'Device' is the device you Prefer to Use - ie, Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop Computer... or my Favorite: Face to Face π
Didn't notice a big mint machine during my visit a couple weeks ago.
Short answer, yes. Long answer...the main casino floor allows smoking, there are non-smoking slot areas and ANY other common area of the hotel/casino smoking is NOT allowed (used to be a decade ago). So walking through to the front desk, hallways, near restaurants,...smoking is not allowed and security will let you know. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
I never noticed. The hotels were packed last weekend. Call the front desk of your Hotel and ask the pool status.
No not at this time
We were there yesterday and it still was
Yes all Silver Legacy hotels have safes in there rooms
I would go to circus circus with 5 kids
Sorry, we drove with the car, i can't awnser this question...
Either is just fine, however, I personally like the train. Cheaper is the bus.
Yes
No, unfortunately they don't give free play right off the get go, but it builds up very quickly I went from the bottom tier to VIP in one night depends on what you play, how much you play, and loose they want to see the money go back into the casino, if you just play $100.00 dollars hit a bonus or jackpot of some sort and just cash out you'll build points very slowly. If you bet $100.00 and win 400 "hypothetical situation" so your sitting at $500.00 now and continue to play and loose $200.00 you rack up major points aka free play, comps and free rooms and still walk away with a couple hundred dollars.
OK thank you very much. Another question do they accept dogs there
Yes they charge you for everything
All caesars properties are linked together by the "one" card ( players card) with all the same benefits.
grab an uber or a taxi from your hotel is your best bet
I think it's best if you confirm the hotel because if you go to one hotel and must go to the other, it's quite a hike even if you drive. I like the Legacy because they have Coffee maker in the room.π
Sometimes you might have to use a different booking app
The room we had did. Worked really good too.
It's downtown so I doubt it. Peppermill, Atlantis and GSR would be my choice if I had a trailer.
Yes, sad but true
Yes
Not to knock Silver Legasy, but the Peppermill has a few tables. Many people play there.... Silver Legasy is a great place to gamble and the casino has comfortably spread out playing areas!
The silver legacy is exactly any other casino. They're only closed if warned. They remain open for business 24/7. The gift shop closes at 6pm mon to fri. 10 to 4 sat and sun.
Yes,they have all kinds of table cards in place, some casinos had a higher bet that you could afford.
No
Most tables are 5-10 during the day, but at night they go up.
I'm pretty sure they're all locked up right now but it's worth a shot to contact the casino itself. This is Google maps
Not that I know of.
The arcade in the Circus circus has been remodeled. It was fun for all ages before and now it's really fun !! At least I enjoyed it with my 11yr old & 14 yr old nephews.
as a matter of fact they do not to big or extravagant but good enough for a workout...
I never been to adlands but ill try it im goi g to reno in dec but also try peppermill
The Illusionist is playing at Eldorado and Silver Legacy has Harry Basil and a Tournament going on and a Giveaway
I didn't go there to swim so I don't know. It's better to give them a call.
They closed the buffet in Silver Legacy but the one in Eldorado is still open and it's great!
Sorry, i didnt see one.
You are better off bringing your own or renting one locally.....
You're asking in the wrong place. This is just the site where google users post reviews and opinions from their visit there. You need to call them or check their internet site for that info.
Outdoor pool only
That makes sense. It's too bad Circus Circus has eliminated all of the table games and casino hosts for this property. I guess that part is not profitable for them any longer.
Don't quote me on this, as I have never cancelled. But I do believe that as long as you haven't checked in, they will reimburse you within a couple days at most.
Yes, the Casino has many different table games
I only played black jack and poker but im sure there are more
I would think so as the hotels are all owned by the same people.
Check website
Park at Silver Legacy garage. Or either Eldorado or Circus Circus parking garage.
No, it is under construction. The hotel has partnered with St.Maryβs health and fitness center near by to use their pool with a room key.
Yes just request it from the front desk I think they let you stay till 1
I used an HDMI cable directly into tv for my laptop and my daughter's Xbox
Not sure, I'm thinking you'd have to be a hotel guest if they have the facilities, though.
Not big at . Like a the size of a full bed. Small pool also.
Don't lose. Problem solved.
Usually they will let you check in around 1pm so you can avoid some of the line. When your room is ready they will call you to the 5 stars line to pick up your keys.
I would call. ..they comp a lot of that stuff so doesn't hurt to ask
Actual floor or floor designed by the hotel, I think the first floor with rooms on them is actually the 4th but may be called the 2nd. I could be mistaken.
Service animals should be ok. You should check with the hotel's front desk
The Sands has a pet floor, but it is not always the best kept still nice though! Nice people and it's right downtown
Opt out of Full Service Room Service (they won't come change your sheets daily but you can call them for any need in the room) and they give you either $5 (weekday) or $10 (weekend) dining coupon...essentially one free breakfast. Food for thought.
No
first floor has the sign up booth, under the mining rig
This isn't the place to find lost items. Call the hotel.
Yes they do
Outdoor
Yes
