Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half for a pre employment drug test, they didn’t send the required info to the job so it basically never happened. I call them when I found this out and have been on hold for 30 minutes as I write this. The absolute worst carespot I’ve ever experienced. Front desk women knew NOTHING.

Hello I have came to the southside office several times and the male medical assistant His demeanor is very bad now we had appointment at 3 o’clock but my friends is in so much pain from a work injury. He was told by his doctor that if he is any pain to come in so we are here on Saturday at 12:30 PM he told my friend that you probably won’t be seen to your scheduled time. It seems to me that he doesn’t want to work or he really doesn’t like working with Black people even tho he’s of color and I notice he cater to the other race. Care Spot is a walk-in facility it says walk-ins welcome so if you walk in and you should be able to be seen no I am sitting in my car and I see people coming in there I’m pretty sure Walk ins to me personally He doesn’t want to do his job he moves very slowly and no one wants to hear about him buying an RV because his rent is so high lol but other than that everyone is great and polite his doctors is very great it’s just When you walk in you can feel the tension from him.

I love this emergency clinic. The medical staff listens and have never failed to resolve my issue. The check in staff have always been helpful. If you use the online check in its best and accurate.

at both locations the check in ladies at southside and cesery both were awesome....multitasking and still very good with customers!!
