Front Desk: They play the TV at top volume, the staff has an attitude AND they call patients quietly in this loud waiting room. They will charge you an $80 co-pay for anything (the entire sum BEFORE you see the doctor) -- including a completely preventative care visit on insurance that is no co-pay on preventative care. Take care as this seems like bad procedure at best, and fraud at worst. Doctor: Might be related to the dumb front staff, but their time management is terrible. She was clearly very far behind and entered my patient notes completely wrong. Also kinda rude. Find someplace better. Trust me.

Time management is horrible. After you have an appointment still need to wait about 2 hours sometimes more than 2 hours to see your doctor.

Dr. Garcia & her staff at the Downtown Grand Ave. Fort Myers Location are absolutely 💯 fantastic! They are an AWESOME group of people! They give the term "Medicine" a wonderful meaning. I am so thankful 🙏 my insurance company found them for me.
