This is the typical poorly run and poorly staffed medical help you get in Florida. They (doctors and staff alike) don't care about their patients being in pain and they don't care how long their patients have to wait while they are in pain. They don't care, period. I thought there was a Hippocratic Oath...obviously, they've never heard of it. Avoid this facility and the entire staff at all costs!

I see Dr Ramone Yousif. While a great Dr. he is constantly overbooked; as are all the Drs; resulting in 2-3 hr waits. Twice I have had telemed conferences on MyHealth 'time out'. The app closes calls after 1.25 hrs and then shows a visit summary.

Dr. Luis Guerrero is a very awful doctor he doesn't give patients eye contact and he disregards their concerns of complications and he refused to treat my daughter, never go to him, he shouldn't be allowed to treat anyone like this!!!!!!!
