It took me almost 20 years to find another hand surgeon after my last (Dr. Zidel)left the area. Dr. Sagini is smart, informative and a nerd. All the things that make a great doctor. Keep up the good work and I'll see you when the injections wear off.

Dr. Sagini was wonderful! I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and listened and answered each question in great detail! During the office procedure he was very kind and patient as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Sagini!

No empathy, and doesn’t know what he’s doing. If you get assigned him due to worker’s comp RUN!!!! He only wants the money. Couldn’t careless if you actually get better because he doesn’t believe you. Totally missed a huge issue in my hands and shoulders. Due to the delay of my treatment I could possibly have permanent damage. Never met a doctor that was so cruel. Additionally, my first appointment I was crying and completely honest with the doctor. I was holding frozen water bottles because I was in excruciating pain. My company threw me into the worker’s comp system. I begged them not too. I wanted to choose my doctor. I got stuck with this guy and it destroyed my life. He immediately treated me like I was mentally ill. He has no empathy. This is what I was afraid of, and he did exactly what I feared. My first appointment with him was nov 2021….Ten Months later still disabled 😢

How DOyou get to,the patient portal.....TOTALLY UNCLEAR,

Typically, do you conduct basal joint surgery using a nerve block with sedation? Or, general anesthesia? I much prefer no intubation if possible.

I had hand surgery with Dr.Sagini..so that's something you really need to discuss with him Everyone's situation is different. What he might do for one patient may not work for another.
