My last visit here I couldn't help but notice that the majority of the employees were standing around looking at their phones. The employee that finally decided to help me get a couple of light bulbs for my car (they're behind lock and key btw) was on his phone the entire time. Took him umpteen times to put the key in the lock because he wouldn't take his eyes off his phone. At least I was able to use the situation and teach my 11 year old a lesson in what not to do.

I really enjoyed my experience here, the customer service was amazing and the cashiers were friendly. The clothes and shoes are of great quality as well!

Love this walmart! The morning time is the best time to shop although the shelves are hardly stocked. I had a couple returns today and the line was long but I was patient and Imari who works there was very patient and sweet! I enjoyed talking with her. I had to get some medicine for my mom so I made my way to the pharmacy department and couldn’t find a certain kind of medicine so I asked for helped and associate Kayla walked with me to find the items! That’s what I mean when I speak about customer service! Amazing!! Just hard to shop with all the carts in the aisles but everything else is amazing.

Great one place shopping. Good selection, courteous employees. Only thing I don't like is self check out. Somebody hasn't got a job now. Would have done 5 stars except for that.

The store has gone to hell. Nothing ever stocked. Tons of employees but no one is doing anything. I try to avoid going there as much as possible. Worst thing Eastlake could have done is put dirty,disgusting store in.
Wal-Mart doesn't do lay away. There are programs such as after pay that consumers need to utilize. You have to be approved before. Hope that helps.

Call Walmart directly and ask about when Lay a way starts for this holiday season. Community Guides are not Walmart employees and can't really advise you until we see it posted in the store when we are shopping. My wife likes to get an early start on the Holidays too. You would think they would want people to know this! 🤔
