It's the 4th of July and all I wanted was an hamburger. First the cashier was extremely rude for no reason when we ordered our food!!! She never said hello or have a good day at the window. My burger looked like it had blood on it! The tomato was watery and made my bun soggy. It was a horrible experience. I called twice to complain and no one answered. I will never go back to Rally's again! I'm pregnant and was very hungry and wasn't satisfied at all!!!!

As far as fast food goes? The combination of their seasoned fries with a Big Buford is like what I would imagine the equivalent of 8 model hot women doing fun things to me horizontally...only translated to deliciositicity in my mouth. It is expensive, I will say that (as far as what you get for how much you pay) and some times, they are slower than molasses in January. All worth it for the buford (or 2) and fries.

Waited longer than usual to place my order. No greeting or apology for the wait ....nothing, simply "go 'head with your order but we can only accept exact change, or credit/debit." Ordered a caramel cheesecake sundae and it was gross! It lacks flavor big time. I should've stuck to my banana milkshake. I was disappointed across the board with this visit.

If I could rate lower I would. Service was trash. Ordered and had to pull around and wait 40 minutes for food. I watched several other customers leave with their orders. The order was wrong and severely undercooked. For that 40 minutes I tried to give the employees working the benefit of the doubt, despite watching them stand their and eat their own food. When I was finally approached, they had no idea who I even was, and asked if they could help me. I'll be getting a refund, and contacting corporate. This place will get someone sick and should be shut down. If you see this review, please spread the word, that this is Not and I repeat NOT a Rally's.
