Its very true maybe she didn't like the fact I was black.She rolled her eyes made me wait when no one else was there and spoke to me in a rude tone! when I say I understand customer service have it hard I do understand. Im extremely polite because I know their jobs are hard but the eye Dr there was awful.
Not true now. I broke a screw in my glasses (not even Walmart eyeglasses) and the woman who was there went above and beyond and got them fixed for me.
