Girls at the front desk would much rather talk about their boyfriends and plans for the evening than deal with patients in the correct manner. Very unprofessional! Spent 30 minutes this morning making an appointment only to get there and be told everything discussed with me was not accurate information! Maybe if the girls there would stop discussing personal business patients would get accurate info.
