Easy and friendly place to renew passport..

Normally don’t write reviews, but I got an email asking me to write one, so I’ll keep this as brief as possible. Made an 8:30am appointment with Barbie to apply for a new passport due to a name change. I needed a new photo, and I needed the office to help me print and mail the docs I needed for the app. I did my research before arriving, as this was not the first time I needed to change my name on a government ID. As soon as I walked in and said I was there for the appointment, the girl behind the counter rudely said “you didn’t need to make an appointment for this.” I tried to explain that I had all my documentation and just needed help with the admin portion, and she cut me off, making up reasons as to why the government might not accept my documentation. I explained that the docs I had were accepted, she cut me off again. I said “so you don’t know?” and she nodded. Seemed like she had a strong aversion to helping me because she had a terrible attitude, so I just walked out. That same morning, I had fedex print my documents, had CVS take my pic, I mailed my documents off, and I have a brand new passport no thanks to this service. :)

I had a unique problem regarding my passport, and the staff there was knowledgeable and helpful. They made the process simple and clear, and they saved me at least $200 compared to what I would have paid at FedEx or a similar place. They also have USPS and UPS services. I can't believe I didn't know about this place until now. It's a fantastic service with no waiting.
