an incredible incompetent postal service, stating my package had a delivery exception at "customer request". I did not request anything and I did not receive any confirmation emails in order to reschedule a delivery.

Only giving 2 stars bc the guy who works here is really nice. Vansetha, however, is extremely rude. She tried telling me I couldn’t write the number from the certified mail down and explained how to address an envelope like I’m 12 years old when I didn’t even ask, and then said “do you want me to repeat that?” I declined, but she did anyways and wrote “from” and “to” on my envelope without my permission. Somebody needs to teach her some manners and customer service skills, and from her reviews on here, it seems as though the majority of people agree with me.

I’ve been going here for the last 8 years The people who run this place are not stupid or lazy !!! They have always done their best and ever helpful. Its not easy doing that job. People need to remember that workers are human too! Appreciate more and stop blaming people for what is not their fault. Be patient and kind.

Lazy employees that could care less about serving customers. I walk in and stand in line behind a customer being served at the counter by an employee. Another employee walks up to the second window I make eye contact and he says we close at 6:00. I look down at my watch it says 6:02. I’ve been standing in line for at least one or two minutes. I am a business owner myself. I simply cannot understand why a business would not wait on a customer in that situation other than a lazy employee who believes one minute extra out of their day is more important than serving a customer. SMH.
