I just wanted to thank Chris Burdette, my Project Manager, for his excellent level of support/service during my roofing and gutter replacement project. He was very responsive and handled all our issues as they arose to keep the project moving in spite of weather challenges throughout the project.

Obviously, Mr. Crooms would welcome a communication confirming your commitment to promptly repairing his roof properly. In response to your comments, you are fully aware that Mr. Crooms does NOT currently have council, which is consistent with your deceptive business practices. I would strongly suggest to fulfill your obligation to the warranty on Mr. Croom's roof which you are stringing out and cut your losses before you end-up paying for Mr. Crooms legal fees regarding your company's negligence and breach of contract in fulfilling your obligation to properly repairing his roof, which after 1 year you continue to not do. Your business model of exploitation doesn't seem to consider the enhanced consumer protection laws that are present in Florida, which require businesses who have deceptive business practices pay plaintiff legal fees. Trying to get him to pay for labor or materials isn't gonna fly either and makes his subsequent deceptive practice litigation against your company even stronger. Nether is using rotten wood and pilfering left over materials from the substandard work you performed initially. Your negligence also resulted in Mr. Crooms having mold in his bathroom that needs to be cleaned from this project taking so long. You also seem to have a lot of BBB complaints and bad Google reviews so a class action isn't off the table either. Personally, as someone not from Florida, I don't understand how you even remain in business.

Shout out to Jeff Kirk who jumped in to help me with a roof leak that I found right before I was leaving town. He worked with his team go get someone out here and using just photos of the spot was able to locate and seal the leak. Thanks for going out of your way to help!

Collis roofing installed our metal roof. Brian the project manager was very professional, answered all our questions and was always available. He quickly responded to any text or calls on the process. The roof looks wonderful and will last us many, many years.

We were blessed to have Collis roofing do our roof right after Storm
Thank you Rick!!!
Not all subcontractors are created equal. At Collis Roofing, like most companies, we have a mixture of both, but most of these are rarely transparent about this. The difference is that unlike most companies, we require anyone who wishes to be a subcontractor to be licensed, insured and be a legitimate, registered business in the US. Some companies will sub work out to various workers because the workers do not have the legal right to work in the US, and rarely do they require them to have insurance or a license. Regardless of what crew completes your roof at Collis Roofing, the roof will be completed by a licensed roofer, insured, the workmanship will be supervised by a Collis Roofing superintendent throughout the job and Collis Roofing will stand 100% behind the work and warranty. If you have additional questions about the detailed qualifications any employee crew or subcontractor crew, contact Kathy Bach at 321-441-2300.
