I have lived at Golf Brook for 6 yrs., and the word “home” -not “apartment”- is a better description for my lifestyle here. I wanted a place where I felt secure, and where the surroundings were more like a lovely neighborhood with well kept grounds and carefully landscaped and maintained amenities. My home is quite spacious with a fireplace, lovely patio, and.a garage as definite pluses. The office staff is professional, patient, very welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and, best of all ,with a smile. Not many renters elsewhere can honestly say that:)

Living in the Golf Brook Apartment community has been a wonderful experience. From day one, we met a friendly and accommodating staff. Once we moved in they did not disappoint. This is a very well managed community where every person is on top of their game. Maintenance is extremely efficient and competent. Response time is better than I experienced as a homeowner or in any other high end apartment complex. The Golf Brook Community is "The Best!"
