Fantastic customer service! The front desk staff was efficient; very welcoming! As a matter of fact I had experienced an issue a few weeks prior and this office staff helped schedule an appointment for me at another location, since I had called too late to be seen at their office. This office staff cares! As for the doctor and assistant, 10+ as well. Dr Jane and assistant were very efficient and definitely helpful! Perfect bed side manner.

Wonderful staff! Came with a reservation and was offered Telehealth. Which meant I got to still see a provider virtually. It was such a good visit and got my meds at the center. The provider at the clinic took longer and so I was able to be in and out with the Telehealth services. Thank you Longwood Centra Care!

1 star, because what is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait over an hour to be seen by a doctor on a TV screen? I'm still here. Been here for over an hour. Appointment was at 8:20. It is exactly 9:20 and I'm still waiting....for a doctor to show up on the tv. So honestly, if you have to come here, why even bother making an appointment?
