Super professional. I have such a hard time relaxing. I'm about 100 mph all the time, but these ladies make me so comfortable that I can slow down. I had stuck straight hair until about 5 years ago. My hairdresser took the time to help me learn how to manage it. Although it will never look as good as when she does it, it is a definite improvement over the frizzy mess I have been fighting.

Very expensive, but you pay for what get. Paige did an amazing job with my hair style, but when I got home and started playing with my hair I noticed splits ends. Also I smelled burnt hair when she was blow drying my hair, idk if it was from my head or someone else's, but heat damage is a thing please be careful. My last experience has cost me ever returning. However I understand why they refuse to accommodate for children. However their attitudes about it could be more pleasant. Especially with their prices. This isnt even my child, they just assumed.

$300+ for bringing my highlight to my root seemed pretty ridiculous. Its only 2 inches. My stylist was gone and I go no warning she was leaving or anything. I specifically requested her, at any point they could have mentioned she wasn't there anymore. I hate salons, I was always treated poorly and I finally went into one, loved absolutely loved the girl that did my hair. Came back and felt out of place. Definitely got that you don't look like you could afford this. Asked about extensions and was told no because my hair is really thick. Okay I get that yea. But no solution? No, well let's try doing this but it may not work. Or we'll this brand in this color is $$ and its at this store/website. Will never be coming back. BTW I was in comfy sweats and joggers. I know I didn't look like I had alot of money but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
