Postal Service Seminole Processing & Distribution Center

They did the same thing to me send package from 25 mins away to and hour away. I’m in Davenport they sent it from Orlando to Tampa then to me Dumb logistics

Sitting there for 5days now??? Where is my package?

Hi, this center sometimes has slight delays. In a few days it whould get to you, dont worry about it.

I’d get my package faster if I pick it up myself from this place! 😡

The package has to go through a receiving process and then a sorting process and then sent out to your local post office which is then delivered by your mailperson.

I don't actually work in the Distribution Center. I'm also not sure what the transit time would be between the Seminole distribution center and the City of Miami.

No kidding. This place IS absolutely worthless. I hate it when my packages go thru this place. I've got things that have been sitting there for a week now! I'm ready to go "postal" on this place! And yeah 15hr. They dont deserve a quarter of that!

This is not a USPS delivery station ... a missed scan is most likely the issue... contact your local post office for updates

Same, my package been stuck there since the 7th. Only thing the tracking is saying is that it’s arriving late and in transit

Nope... You seriously think they'll just let anyone off the streets, come and look for their package? You're crazy! Just because it was the last "scanned" facility, doesn't mean it's still at that location. Go to USPS.com and call the 800 number to have them help you.

It's hard to find packages in there as it's a big plant but sometimes they make it happen, very rarely but they do there best. I've dealt with a supervisor named Elio before and he helped me a lot in finding my package. Maybe you get lucky and deal with him as well. Good luck.

This facility aren't for customers. The phone number in record is for an expeditor and if that person isn't at their desk when you call obviously no one is going to answer. Can we know the reason you were calling ?

Go on the usps website. Sign up for the notifications, with your tracking number. You can update your information.

Honestly, you can wait 1-3 days, if it doesn't move, your in trouble. From my experience with these guys, one package was delayed, but got through quickly, and another, it got stuck for a week... on top of that, USPS has alot of backlog and they have a staff shortage.

They are not answering the mail centers are overloaded

I work as a delivery driver to the post office. Not for the post office. But plans have been arriving late witch has been delaying all packages. I hope this help you a bit

I have no idea they do that to a lot of people they will have your stuff and dor some reason just let it sit instead of delivering ive been done like that as well sorry couldnt be more help

There are many reasons that this could be happening. You need to contact someone at that plant to try to locate the package specifically

Their calls are monitored by the main p o on tradeport. So calling landstreet your not going to get an answer. Try calling tradeport office.

Go to customers services in the front of building.office well mark on side of building and complain to the clerk ask for a maneger if you like .to address this matters thank you

Hopefully you have a tracking number. If so call and have them track the packages to the facility and then have a supervisor get on the line to actually find the package. Good luck

I do use the mail tracking system. Now I get to watch the packages get there and then never any further updates. Or take 6 days between there and Daytona. I get Missent packages that get here, go back to Orlando and then here again....eBay disputes galore, both ways. I may have to start driving to Jacksonville to send my eBay mail before I go bankrupt.

I feel the same way. My check was sent certified and it disappeared and the check was reissued and disappeared again. At this point I don't believe it's lost. Someone is stealing our mail.
