Can we pick up there
The pkg. I sent the beginning of May has yet to arrive. May 10th checked in here & May 14 (in Transit, Arriving Late). It is currently in transit to the next facility. It is now June 20th & package is no where to be found. 2 cases later & no help.

I dont know what's going on over there at the Seninal-Orlando Distribution center but the mistakes, delays and lost mail are out of control. You are litterally ruining my life.
I ordered a product in the mail and put it in the Lockers and put it on the larger share. I used the key available in the wrong box drawer. The key opened, but it stayed in the lock, I can not retrieve the key and open it right. How to do it now?
