The pkg. I sent the beginning of May has yet to arrive. May 10th checked in here & May 14 (in Transit, Arriving Late). It is currently in transit to the next facility. It is now June 20th & package is no where to be found. 2 cases later & no help.

Hopefully you have a tracking number. If so call and have them track the packages to the facility and then have a supervisor get on the line to actually find the package. Good luck
