Why isn't there a number to talk to this mysteries place

I’d get my package faster if I pick it up myself from this place! 😡

They never answer the phone! I have lost 2 packages! 😡

I work here..Because this is distrubtion plant you need to go to your local post office..we dont deliever your mail..we just sort it..and our number is 407 - 812- 1135

My package is there going on the second day, I would pick it up from there myself if someone would answer the phone!

Because is a federal building if you want to apply you need to go online,any person can't go there you must be a mailman or a federal postal employee,i will suggest to go online and that will be the best you can do,sorry for the inconveniences... It's all government policy...

My ppexpress package has been stuck there for over 2 weeks. Phone is leaving message that makes no sense.
