I’d give them zero stars if I could! One of the worst water companies to deal with ever. Customer service is by far the worst and they are so rude. Does the city of Deltona even care? I doubt they do. They just want to collect taxpayer money and not let the voices be heard of the citizens of Deltona.

Contacted them about my business not receiving the usual water bill and was brushed to the side. Opened my business today to find a notice posted that my water was shut off when payment was already CLEARED out of my account! I have businesses that require water to run and this company doesn’t own up to their mess ups. They are paid on time and in full MONTHLY and had no reason to shut my water off when they clearly stated they can see the received payment. When asked how soon can we get our water back on to keep our business open for the day we were told no later than 6PM!?!? I lost an entire day of revenue because of this company and THEIR error!

Yes. Just make sure you pay your bill at least 3 days before the due date. Not including weekends. If your bill is due on Monday and you pay on Friday after work hours or Saturday it might be considered late. And you will get charged a high fee. Plan ahead accordingly
