We recommend the UPS company owners step in and accept responsibility over their employees immediately. The following areas need to be corrected: 1. Customer Service 2. Safe package handling and Gross Negligence Guidelines 3. Store clutter and cleanliness. Please see the attached photos below: Package was opened when received from this location.

Stay away from this UPS store. Customer service is horrible and the counter people are somewhat rude and do not take the time to answer your questions properly. The store is also always disorganized and a mess. Go to Orange City UPS instead where you will work with friendly people in a more organized store.
